We have used Oswego Travel Agency for 19 years. Their travel agents' experience and knowledge surpasses anything we could do ourselves, or we've found in the area. They showed us the pitfalls to avoid and problems with the flights or unique qualities of a resort. They have done the homework for us. They have guided my family to have a fun & relaxing holiday every time. We have used Patsy, Sandy and Linda..all excellent agents. I would highly recommend you use Oswego Travel for all your travel needs.
I have used them in the past and they were great I used a travel agent named Linda and she was great. Linda has since retired so I tried I different agent and things didn't go well. She took all my info and said she would get back to me later. Its now been 2 months after she took her own vacation and I went back into to complain there's still been no communication since. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have the worst communication skills ever and no remorse for not calling or emailing people back. If you want to plan a vacation do it yourself or plan it taking them months to plan it for you. Worst travel agent's ever
I have used oswego travel for many years. They are the best. I know when i book through them I will be well taken care of. Just recently I was checking out carnival cruises through the carnival website. When I found one I liked I called Oswego Travel and they were able to beat carnivals prices plus we got an upgrade on our cabin. We drove our motorhome to FL and Oswego Travel found a reasonably priced parking lot for it. They went above and beyond to see that our needs were met.
I read the review by David Lee, (an attorney in Aurora IL) and found his knowledge and perspective lacking. What utter nonsense ! Oswego Travel Agency does not use Google, in fact, very few travel agents use google. Travel agents, at least the best ones, have all the different vendors software on their computers. This is unique travel software from all their vendors. Its a big investment by the travel agency to do this. If you are a know-it-all then you don't need a travel agent.
I recently booked a carnival cruise for 10 through Oswego travel. After researching it on my own, I decided to contact Oswego travel for help and was put was put in touch with Jackie. Not only did she find us a cheaper price she also was able to upgrade our rooms from interior to exterior with a large window. Jackie was available to answer all of my questions via email or phone, and even took time out of her own vacation to give me the information I needed. She even took the time out of her day to inquire about the trip once we returned. The simplicity of booking through Oswego Travel really took the stress and fear out of the process. My first ever business trip to China and I booked it with Oswego Travel. Patsy was my agent. I was worried sick about going so far and to such a foreign place. Patsy took her time with me, showed me all sorts of pictures of the area, told me personal stories of trips taken by her and her husband and even had one of the other girls come over to share thoughts and comments on the area. We talked about the route I needed to take, even the shots I needed to get into the country as it was my first time. She kept commenting on the panic in my eyes even though I was a full grown adult. She helped me secure a visa on short notice by suggesting that I actually go down to the visa office in Chicago instead of going through the mail. She was FANTASTIC! The date finally arrives for the trip and she calls me at home and amazingly, gives me her cell phone number just in case anything goes wrong on any leg of the trip. I mean, who does this?! Of course, there was no problem, the trip was perfect and Patsy and Oswego Travel have since been my absolute "go to" travel agent service ever since. They have never let me , my friends or the people I have sent their way down. A HUGE thumbs up for Patsy and Oswego Travel! Doing things right, the old school way. Love you guys!!
